4. The Purposes and Use of Personal Data
If you submit or SOAR collects Personal Data through the Site, then such Personal Data may be used to:

• Our Service Providers. SOAR employs service providers to perform tasks on its behalf and to assist in providing the Site. For example, SOAR may share your Personal Data with service providers who assist in the performance of core Site functions (such as hosting, data storage, and security) related to the operation of the Site and/or by making certain interactive tools available to you. SOAR also uses third parties for technical and customer support, application development, tracking and reporting functions, quality assurance, and other services. 7. Personal Data from Children
SOAR does not knowingly collect the Personal Data of children under the age of sixteen (16). If SOAR learns that it has collected Personal Data from children, and there is no lawful basis or parental consent to process such Personal Data, SOAR will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete all such Personal Data.

SOAR takes steps to help ensure its employees and contractors are aware of their information security obligations, and further restricts employee and contractor access to Personal Data. This Section 11 applies to our collection and use of Personal Information if you are a resident of California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CPRA”). We endeavor to respond to requests within the time period required by applicable law. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
